It’s beyond time to bench Bryce.

Let him guide us to a No. 1 Overall Pick in 2024.  There is no point in benching him for Andy Dalton.  Bryce will either get better or he will continue to doom us.

I hate the idea of giving Chicago the #1 pick but if we keep up our current level of play we should at worst get the one of the first 3 picks of the 2nd round. It's not out of the realm of possibility that a first round talent may fall into our lap at WR or O-line. We could even find a starter at a position of need at the top of the 3rd round.

Bryce needs to play as much as possible for the rest of the year. He needs to get more acclimated to the NFL game speed;  and our next HC needs an extensive reel of game tape. If we can find a way to shore up that O-line, a creative coach "might just be able" to create a scheme to improve BY's game and make him serviceable or even above average.

That many loses might just kill this franchise, very destructive to the locker room and fanbase.

I'm not sure what the point is. Previously some wanted him benched because as @LinvilleGorge was saying they wanted to confirm that Andy Dalton would make the offense look better since it was a one game sample. But even as a Bryce guy for most of the year, I fairly confident now that Dalton would look better, and it seems like everyone agrees at this point. So if we all know Andy would look better and is better. What's the point?

    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
    • 1.) LaMelo 2.) Kon 3.} Miller 4.. Giannis 5.) Moose   1.) Coby 2.) ? 3.) Sion 4.) Miles Bridges 5.) Kalk That squad would win multiple chips.
