This is why it’s hard to be a fan and be invested 100%. Because at the end of the day, some ignorant, crusty ass, moron official is going to dictate the game. And should you utter the thought they are wrong in their ignorance and bias, you will get fuged anyway. 
 

The NFL is a clown show.

Not the least bit surprising. The refs have usually tended to lean this way anytime this team plays a more established franchise. I can't imagine that the way Tepper has run this franchise helps matters any in the refs or the league office having any interest in seeing game altering calls go our way though.

It was ruled a catch on the field… he had control and was down in bounds and the ball only popped out during contact after he was out of bounds.  That’s a hard one to over turn.  If they had called it a non catch in the field I think that would have stood as well.  Wasn’t conclusive either way on review so it stands.

      It shows how short the actual span of a NFL career actually is.  We get caught up with the few guys that play until 40-years old, but that's an extraordinary tiny fraction of the League.  What you may or may not have intentionally done there is show how we quickly move off guys like that but are stubbornly hanging onto Bryce.  His new running mate, Kenny Pickett, drafted just one year earlier is already on his 4th or 5th team.  Kenny isn't horrible, but he's not good enough to be a franchise QB.  Some franchises get it, chalk it up as a miss and move on.  Others double down on trying to make things work until the relationship completely deteriorates. *cough* Dolphins and Cardinals *cough*

      Winner of 7 vs 8 seed game gets 7th seed. Loser of that game plays against winner of 9 vs 10 seed game. Winner of that game (loser of 7 vs 8 against winner of 9 vs 10) gets 8th seed. So in reality if you make it to the 7 vs 8 game, it’s win and in for your team. Lose that game and you get another shot at getting in. If you have to play the 9 vs 10 game, lose once you are gone. Win the first game as a 9 vs 10 competitor and you still have to win again to get in.

      DJ Chark, Hayden Hurst, and Bradley Bozeman all started for the Carolina Panthers during Bryce Young’s rookie season. All 3 have announced retirement after two years.  Scott Fitterer was that bad.   And his #1 receiver Thielen also just retired
