For the longest time I would think these people are completely making the wrong decision but "they know better than me" so maybe it's right. Nor anymore. I've been right about this way too many times with this team. So, this is absolutely the wrong decision. Tepper will be interviewing and hiring the coach. The guy is a moron and will pick the worst possible candidate then proceed to tell them how to coach the entire season. Next season will not be worth watching. The only way to get the team back is for fans to run Tepper out of Charlotte. I don't know how but all discussions should be focused on getting Tepper away from this team. I'm being dead serious. This must be figured out before ANY football talk.

Tepper isn't going anywhere. He's petty enough that he would move the team before he admitted he was the problem.

fact of the matter is, due to the overall dysfunction with the franchise, any stated strategy or plan for dealing with something along the lines of hiring new football leadership is going to be looked at by both fans and by football talking people as the wrong move, or worthy of healthy skepticism. and it will remain this way until the franchise finds some sustained success.

Thank you for discussing the correct topic even though I disagree with you. What are his likes/dislikes? Does he have any phobias? Like maybe scared of clowns? We could paint the town with clown billboards along his most driven route. We must understand what makes Tepper tick to pull this off. What Tepper really is.
