Obviously we lost the trade. But... having CMC here wouldn't have made much sense for us. We knew we had a long rebuild ahead of us (well, everybody except our retard owner) and CMC would have been on his last legs by the time we were relevant again.

I still wish we had gotten a 1st for him instead of trading him for day 2 picks to a team we knew was going to be top 5-10

We didn't get ideal value and we used the picks gained terribly.  We lost.

CMC put up amazing numbers in 2019 and we won 5 games. We didn’t have the system in place for him to shine like he can in San Fran.
