that's the thing  that really concerns me about Bryce Young is the the fact that he led the league almost in uncatchable balls last season & did lead the league in uncatchable balls when passes were thrown 20 plus yards.

lord help us...just saying

I wouldn’t judge Mingo or anyone in that offense last year too harshly. It was a cluster from the beginning…

Ready for the games to start so you guys can tell us which players we can judge this season.

As far as I can tell right now we are allowed to judge Icky and Corbett on offense and Horn on D, am I missing anyone?

I said “I” wouldn’t. You are free to judge whatever player you want. I just think some players like Mingo were in a tough spot with a bad staff around them. I still think Icky is fine for the record.

A terrible offensive Line impacts everything--when you become not only one-dimensional, you become predictable because you are so limited by the OL.  Instead, people trash Mingo--a rookie trying to find a rhythm in a system without one--A QB trying to find a rhythm when the WRs are not open and the OL is a turnstile.  TOM BRADY would have struggled here. IN HIS PRIME.  I am concerned that this hurt Bryce Mentally--and he might not be able to recover--but let's see what happens before we torch our own players--again--to trash any offensive player beyond the IOL for last season suggests that you don't get football.

Young's play at QB wasn't the OGs' equivalent of falling on your face and missing a block, it was actually worse as it was historically bad. Wasn't the line middle of the NFL pack for time to throw even with all of those plays that were blown up in the middle? 

As far as his mentality what does it matter? He doesn't have the tools and they are only going through the motions because they way overspent. He is a human punching bag again this year and if you don't see that then you are not prepared for another year of Panther football. Acting like there was ever anything to build up is really funny. Dude's tool box is near empty and his best trait is he is actually durable with his tiny frame.

Not exactly.  They show that Jones was making the most of the opportunities he had.  I was never a fan of his, but I think that the talent level in NE last year is somehow escaping the massive negative attention it should have received.  That team was terrible - especially the talent and coaching on offense - and everyone was still afraid of the wrath of hoodie.

He'll have a chance to restart his career at some point.  He was a middle of the pack QB as a rookie.  Plenty of teams out there would love to make it up to middle of the pack at QB.

      there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying

      I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.

      Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
