He’s definitely trying to do too much tonight, but the WRs outside of T-Mac aren’t exactly getting open and they keep doubling him to force someone else to step up

yea, we’ll lose this one, but T-Mac is still a beast

If we get the #1 pick trade back a few spots we draft Tmac.

Sign or trade for a vet QB.

Tmac/Johnson/XL is a good trio of WRs. Any solid vet QB play could make this offense watchable again.

We almost certainly should trade back…and we need to hope some team is desperate.  If it brings back a first in 2025 we have to do it.  Outside of DE I would still focus on offense and a #1 WR is still needed.

ESPN needs to let Corso retire. Dude is 89. Let him enjoy puttering around the house in his remaining years.

Yep.  It’s like when that NYE show kept trotting out Dick Clark.  It’s just sad more than entertaining.  Pat is bringing enough foolishness they can retire the mascot head bit

    • The panthers are such a trash organization at this point that all the huddle can do is argue about which panthers team is historically the worst…good times.
    • Well, hope they're not worried about a torn Labrum or Rotator Cuff, as someone who went through that myself, I know those don't have anything show up on X-Rays but from the MRI, so this is kinda a nothing update, hope it's not a tear or his season is already over if they decide to do surgery now. Which is basically what would be needed to get him to 100% for the start of next season's training camp if it's a labrum.  If he plays the season with it and then does surgery, he's not going to be ready for camp and probably not the start of the season either.
    • I always try to not pay much attention to a team’s preseason win/loss record. The 1982 Washington and 2021 LA Rams both lost every game in the preseason and went on to win the Super Bowl, whereas the 2008 Detroit Lions and 2017 Cleveland Browns both won every game in reason and went on to lose every regular season game. There’s many examples of teams that lose in preseason that go on to have good seasons, but equally there are teams that lose in preseason and that continues in the regular season. Which will we be?  I think our floor is a handful of wins, while our ceiling will probably be around the 9-10 win mark. The latter will require significant improvement from the whole team and coaching staff, and will also need Bryce to play like the QB we drafted him to be. I want to be optimistic and predict a winning season, but it’s really difficult as a Panthers fan!
