I disagree. That O is stacked. The D is talented, but the DC has been an abomination.

I think a lot of you are going to be surprised with how poorly Ward does in the NFL.

I am never surprised when any college qb does poorly in the NFL.  Any surprise that I have would be reserved for any college qb that actually lives up to his billing.

That being said, Ward has about as much of a chance as most of the others, ie about 1 in five if you look at qb's picked in the first round.

The O has been poor the last few weeks. Disappeared for 2Q today. Disappeared for a similar amount of time against GT.

You are one odd duck. Your offense has over 500 yards and you put up 38 points. Your defense blows. It's been that way all year long but you've insisted on putting the blame on your #1 overall caliber QB and the offense that has carried the load for a bad defense.

I honestly wonder if the 12 team playoff field made top teams more complacent this year? Seems like everyone has lost games they just shouldn't have lost.

This whole season feels weird.  There doesn’t seem to be the standard 2-3 stud teams.  I think there I still a top tier but it’s weaker than in the past.

the middle of the top 25 I feel has better odds vs the top 5 than in years past.

I and dislike the feel the new playoff system.  Imagine if Clemson wins.  You got the ACC and Big12 making the whole system a joke.   Because you would have 2 teams not in the top 15 taking up multiple spots.

NIL has made things more even in my opinion.  Top players aren’t looking to go to Alabama or Georgia per se, they are looking for the school that’s going to pay them the most money.  In other words, talent isn’t as top heavy anymore

Yep, when someone figures out a foolproof way of projecting QBs to the NFL they'll be very, very rich.

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
