NFL Games Week 3

The Vikings have a horseshoe up their ass today. Darnold gets hit while throwing causing a backward pass and live ball and the RB scoops it up for about 8 on 1st and 10. Them they run a reverse to flea flicker and Darnold does a Darnold and throws into perfect double coverage... pass interference. Now a TD. You can't beat a really good team when they're also catching every break.

I love Darnold playing well though. You know it's just eating Tepper up. LOL

He literally sees multiple examples of how he stewed the pooch over and over playing good football for other teams every week. I would say he is eating humble pie but I doubt he admits any of it was his fault

Jalen Carter looking good. Imagine having Micah Parsons and Jalen Carter? If only there were people who knew that was the way to draft for the Panthers...

Micah Parsons or Horn….

After Luke retired Parsons would have been a natural pick but we had Rhule and Tepper making decisions.

Darnold, Mayfield pretty much anyone the panthers gave up on or passed on....

As of this moment Darnold would probably be MVP 🤣

The Vikes are playing like legit SB contenders. We'll see if they can keep it up. Their D is just dominant. They've only given up a total of 23 points on the season so far. 17 of them to SF.

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
