Without the rookie wage scale, a lot of these QBs wouldn’t have been drafted so high.

I can't fathom how a professional QB would ever tell his coach he needs to sit because he's tired.

Hell, most QBs have to be dragged off the field when they're injured.

That’s a very good point. Not like it used to be, with rookies signing the biggest deals of all time type of scenarios.

Predictable. You can't keep letting him go out there and fail. Not good for him or the team.

Let him sit and develop for at least two seasons. He is way more raw that Jordan Love was.

Hindsight is 20/20, but when you look at that class, Stroud had the best resume. He fit the physical mold and had the pedigree and stats to be a franchise QB. Bryce had the stats and big time games, but he lacked the size. Richardson and Levis were huge projections and you just hoped that they develop. 

Our FO needs to examine how they evaluate QBs in the future. There needs to be specific criteria: won in college, played in big games, have the physical traits, have the work ethic.
