I posted earlier about how he is a rookie, but he is horribly/regularly mismanaging the game and being out coached. He chose to be HC and OC. He's inadequate as of now.

Who then has to hire a OC because he isnt a offensive guy. Which it will probably be someone younger in touch with todays schemes and not a lot of experience LIKE CANALES.

Everything I mentioned before. If he gets a QB with potential and they can restock the defense I think he can turn this around. Of course, I liked Rivera for a season and a half too so I have been known to be wrong before. But the occasional bad call isn’t nearly as bad or big of a deal than the travesties I saw from Reich, Wilks, Canales, or Ron’s last few years (or really his last 7 years if you take away the Cam, Luke and player advantage factor)

Bryce has throw 2 bad passes that really stick out. The mingo one should have been picked but also, what TF was he doing? Attack the ball don’t wait for it. And that sideline pass in the red zone was just forced, stared him down the whole way.

But, he has done a much better job navigating the pocket and stepping up. So that’s at least nice to see. But this is a trash defense so I’d expect him to play okay against the saints.

The biggest problem is just the lack of execution on plays. Canales tries to get cute with trick plays and pick plays (XL injury) but our guys consistently miss assignments and the plays are dead on arrival. That’s 100% on coaching and it’s been a problem all year.
