He needs to keep Miles Sanders on the bench. He sucks as a 3rd down back. It's 3 and out every time they bring him in on 3rd down. Well pretty much any down really.  He's a drive killer. It's the same with Ian Thomas.

Would rather see Jordan Matthews out there than Ian Thomas.

Excuse me. Did we just dream the Bears and Commanders blowout losses?

What does that have to do with anything I said?

We got blown out because we suck not because of lack of trying. The team last year didn’t give a poo, and the only way Reich tried to motivate the team was to clap his hands.

yeah I cannot understand this either Reich was a better coach than Canales & all at the same time  just about  everyone here on the hudfle was chomping at the bit to see Reich kick rocks & they want to keep sunshine ?

makes no logical sense ?

Reich didn't give a flying dick when he was coaching here. I think people are so down on him because he didn't even want to be here and showed weekly how much he actually gave a damn.

Agreed.  A lot of Carolina Panthers “fans” have less patience than Tepper.

You don’t say? I’m pretty sure you could fine Fire Canalas posts after our first loss. People are so reactionary it’s funny to watch.

like I wonder how some function in real life, it’s that bad lol

It has everything to do with what you said. It's up to the head coach to prepare his team each week. A football team does not get blown off the field that bad in 2 games and it not be for a lack of trying. Come on.

Hey now, he just doubled Reich's win total with the same QB and a worse defense.  lol

OL is a 180 though, this O regardless of who is playing QB should be substantially better than last year. And it really isn’t.  That’s the Canales red flag

He is a rookie HC. Have some grace. You are too reactive.

In all fairness, when I wrote the first thread, we kept watching him call screens to sanders and not help Bryce with the play calls. Not going for it at midfield on 4-2 with a 1-6 record screamed too big for his britches kinda thing. You can tell the huddle was feed up with it. But, they did settle in a pull out a win. I’ll have Dave some grace on that one.

Oh I’m just being fun about it. A bit indifferent on Canales right now. Some concerns but nothing screaming red flag quite yet. I’d like to see us beat the Giants in Deutchland.

Kind of hard to give a poo when the owner cuts your balls off in front of the NFL on draft day. BY wasn't Frank's pick. Stroud was a far better fit for the type of offense Frank liked to run.

    • I think in all honestly, the final 2 games are carrying most of the weight in a lot of Bryce talk IMO.    During the window where he "blew it out of the water" window......were a lot of games where he was not above average.  AZ is largely one of those stat sheet games.   Where the stat sheet reflects QB play that didn't exist in the game.  That game was all Chuba.  Meh vs Dallas.  Meh vs Philly.  Meh vs Giants.  Probably average vs Tampa, Den, Saints.  Bryce made HUGE strides vs what he was.  We should be happy.   But when you start comparing him to the rest of the league.....people I think are going too far.  His best aspect in reality.....is his scrambling.  And that's probably not a great thing give his size.
    • Mays and Zavala looked lost in the Reich offense.  Granted Zalava was probably playing too soon due to injuries but he looked terrible.  This new staff seems to be doing well with our OL.  I also wonder if having two vets in Hunt and Lewis just made life that much easier on whoever was/is playing center.
    • What the Panthers should target in order (via free agency or via trade): 1. Julian Blackmon  2. Mike Hilton 3. Jaire Alexander 4. Jalen Ramsey
