Side note for the Tarheel fans...

No, I do not believe this is actually Belichick but I did notice that the account is being followed by the actual Aaron Wilson. Still think it's likely fake but that gives me pause 🤔

Mind you, even if this were legitimately associated with him, no way do I believe Belichick himself would be the one writing the tweets.

Update: This one is blue checked...

So the Titans fired one of the better coaches in Vrabel to side with & keep Carthon during an in-house civil war.  Give him a 4-year extension, and then turn around and fire Carthon the next season.

The Raiders indicate they were keeping Pierce, let him do a presser with offseason chatter, and then fire him.  Pretty humiliating.

The Jags are keeping their in-house HC deterrent in Baalke.

We're suddenly not looking like the crazy burning house.

I think I saw where Salah was interviewing with Vegas.  I think that would be the hire for them--but Brady's ego is now involved--he will pursue Vrabel, but I think Vrabel goes where there is a QB--NE.

While on the subject, Brady is also trying to create a great situation for coach Bill, trying to steal him from UNC.  Not sure BB wants that, but BB will not take a job without a QB in place.  However, it seems odd that BB has gone recruiting (in my opinion he is avoiding the press) when he could halt these rumors if he wanted to--the rumor is hurting recruiting and the transfer portal, I would assume.  I think he is playing both sides a bit and will wait to see what numbers a team is going to throw at him.

browns are also back to the old browns with what maybe the biggest mistake in the history of the league with trading for tiny towel Watson and giving him 230million, ALL while you had a QB who broke the 30  year curse and wanted to be there in Mayfield.

They still have loads of talent, but the trade is the largest mistake since the walker trade.

Thing is with Dave, Dan, Evero, and BY is all are super young with most arrows pointing up.....

Oh, that mistake made by the Browns just got even worse.

And let's not forget this could've easily been us. Tepper wanted him. People on this board wanted him. At least the choices we eventually made is bearing some fruit.

    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
