3 quarters of Jack Plummer yay

This is why I'm giving less of a poo about the preseason with every passing year.  We have nobody exciting down the depth chart, and after the starters are done we just get pummeled on both sides of the ball.  It's boring and depressing.

A family member had tickets to the game against the Browns and it was literally the first time in my life I've turned down a chance to see a game in person.  No regrets.

Manning isn't coming here.

Watch us have a chance to get Arch and he goes back to school.

I have also considered this.  Knowing the Manning’s history, I actually think this isn’t possible, but is actually likely…   And I wouldn’t blame them.

So, that's why you use the word contested. Really 😏 NFL open is also a term, this was more like high school open. 😂

Yeah, he was. But a ball placement that slowed him down brought the defender back into the play resulting in a contested pass. It was just a subpar throw to a subpar receiver against an All-Pro DB. Nothing about the result should be surprising.

Contracts have never stopped a team from getting rid of a QB who is obviously not a long term starter. Also Bryce is not Canales' guy and like any HC will want to get his guy if he has a chance and this draft he has a chance if Bryce sucks...again.

I am saying there is no way that if bryce stinks again that we dont pick another qb.  Especially since he is either A)due for an ext or B) they have to pick up his option

no way in hell morgan does that if he is eyeballing a top 10 pick

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup. • This is why we need the Bank of America Stadium Ballroom.
    • That thread has all the huddle legends either posting in it or mentioned in it. I remember everyone of those folks and I truly miss seeing them post here. This place was so much better with them here.
