I get that theory but there isn't a high caliber QB in this draft. Also, Dalton isn't good enough to win a bunch of games. We just need a good enough QB to evaluate other roster talent. Bryce is incapable of that.

No.  This isn’t theory.  If ownership wants Bryce you give him both barrels, full go, no stop, all Bryce all the time.

I mean what else should he say? Blame all the players like other coaches we’ve had? He’s not a good coach at all but I don’t think he’s a guy to deflect blame. Even though I suspect he was told by Tepper/Morgan that he had to try to make it work with Bryce.

On the one hand it is good he is not seeking to publicly blame anyone else but he's also been more than eager to pump sunshine and rainbows throughout the last two summers in the cringe Blueprint series from the team. How about actually show us a different side from the uncompromisingly positive and upbeat youth coach for a change.

So far his only real accomplishment here has been looking handsome in team media posts. It's played out.

Today I celebrated my 3yr old grandsons birthday and bypassed all things Panthers until I just now got home.... Checked the score and wasn't surprised one damn bit. Dipper totally wrecked this franchise. 8yrs losing, badly... 10 and 11 are on the near horizon. Im not even gonna try and catch the replay.  There is not one single thing we are good at except wrecking careers. Poor T-mac.

      I don’t know about floor in a team defense sense but we needed more.  The floor that I am familiar with is our QBs floor and it is so low that every other part of the team needs to be beefed up.     We tried our best to improve these things and I think we did improve the defense and we at least kept the offense  from sinking from no LT.  And ostensibly helped the receivers too.   So we kept a window open that we at least have a chance to improve our record by a game of two.  Which would probably give us the division.

      Yeah. I am one of. those who think a JAG RB can eat with really good blocking. (Brooks is most important in my mind, in tbe passing game and that is what we’ll lose without him)  There are a lot of aspects to this. The big one that caused us to struggle is Young and his arm scared no one.  Best back, best blocking still cannot defeat a really good defense if they are not forced to respect the pass.  And teams did not.    But, a strong OL and running game Can get us over against weaker defenses.  And if Bryce still doesn’t scare anyone we can still win some games. Like last year  So it is really important to tend to that OL.   Get that straight and see if in his fourth year he can finally back defenses off. That is what if is all about this year to me, on the Bryce front.
