Bucs I have just been smashing the draft year after year lately. Its become pretty common at this point. It's a big reason why they are in the thick of things every year. Its not just baker

Licht is one of the better GM's in the league and he's been with them since 2014. It's crazy what can happen when you have an owner who actually allows football people to make the decisions.

Example #7,595 why the Panthers are a 4 yearly win team team. 

DJ never showed he was an NFL player, drafted far too early as after the panic staff used 39th overall on MIngo. I was shocked he made it on the team this year and last, just being a 3rd rounder that was traded up for grants you time....... I don't even know if they will offer a PS spot. 

 

FYI Kingston was signed off the PS today by the Texans.......doesn't the Panthers need OGs after all the injuries???

My Team is so bad.

He is. Just like Tom Brady, that team just needed a decent hand at QB, Baker is just that. The whole roster is legit, just missed a leader QB type. 

The year Tom signed they hit on a LT/RT Wriffs, who just looks a 15 yr all-pro in the making.

If you look at TBs roster, I believe Licht has the highest number of total draft picks on the team. Yes the NFC south is a turd soup, but TB has 4str division wins and its mainly due to Licht. Todd bowles blows and talent has saved the man in this CFL NFC south......

Who was the "big get " still on the board that we all went ballistic over when Panthers selected DJ?  Do you remember?  I  recall being hopeful is was player 'x' and they announces DJ Johnson and I melted down...as did several of us.

      Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.

      I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
