I agree if Canales goes Morgan has to also, they should be considered a package deal. Let the new GM pick his coach by himself!

Technically this is true. Fitterer was fired on Jan. 8th, Dan was hired on Jan. 22 and Dave was hired on Jan. 24. 

Dan was the guy for the entire interview process during that cycle, more than likely.
