Trading a 6th or someone like Crumley for Howell would be a solid move.  I really think we may sign an emergency QB like Kyle Trask.  Not that he is special or anything, but he knows the offense.  I'd feel better with him than Hooker.

Howell only played one year and did make a lot of mistakes that year just like other QBS have made a lot of mistakes in their first year. Maybe with more experience in a different situation he'll do better, who knows? We do know that Bryce isn't the answer.

Hooker is terrible, Dalton is too old, Bryce's ceiling is Trent Dilfer with no arm.

The rest of the team might actually be pretty good. It's a damn shame to waste that by not trying to get a quarterback who might be able to actually do something.

its crazy to think what a decent qb could turn this team into.  a decent qb easily playoffs possibly deep playoff run bc really every single position outside of qb is playong well
