Completely washed. We have backup caliber QB starting and a guy who should be out of the league backing him up. Oof.

I’d argue we don’t have a legit coaching staff either.

More of Tepper ball, won’t end til he’s gone.

I still think AR got a raw deal.  He did some things as a rookie that were SPECIAL.  He has the tools.  I think he had to mature a bit, but he gets trashed and I feel like he doesn’t deserve a lot of it.  I would love to pick him up and see what we can do, because he showed some promise already at times and you can’t teach the physical skills he has.  That would be fun to watch.

and yes, Daniel Jones, Jameis, Russ, Shadeur, etc., all made a ton of sense to bring as competition and at best they’d start, at worst they backup and be one of the best backups in the league.  And yet, we decided, simply - “fug it.”

He was "special" alright.

If you think Bryce stinks.....good lawd.

I mean special in terms of some of the physical feats.  Everyone knew he needed refinement when he was drafted and he struggled with accuracy.  But if you can harness that physical ability?  He is capable of things physically that 99% of the population, including other QBs, could only have wet dreams about.

At least he was so spectacularly bad that they immediately dispelled any delusions he’d be the answer.

That is because they have leadership that isn't complete morons.

So could Ryan Leaf and JaMarcus Russell.

You guys gotta stop simping for attributes with no thought to actually ability or passion to play football.

That's Fitterer/Rhule BS.

To be fair, I thought the Hendon Hooker move was solid. And whats he suppose to do with Tepper having his golden boy at QB?

So why didn't they put Hooker in during the second half to see if he had any juice? That's what pissed me off the most. Game was already over, you had a chance to take a look at a younger guy and didn't take it.

These questions…this and other people’s, got me picturing a comedy skit where you have the post game with all these reporters asking their nice softball questions and a fan snuck in and got the mic. And started asking the real questions.

Because there are some real questions that are not being asked of these coaches - and players too.
