Amazing what happens when the starting qb goes out.

That’s true and surely was a factor but I don’t put it on Cousins for Robinson not being involved in the 2nd half.

Sort of. Penix was 0 for 2 on scoring drives in the 3rd quarter and Cousins was 2 of 4 (both FGs) in the 4th including the send it to OT drive. The OL and skilled guys were all there too.

The D played well in both quarters of the second half.

The Saints game was the most confusing loss more than the wins. It legitimately looked like the team didn’t properly prepare for the game and that’s on the coaches. The Falcons game seemed to be a lucky game where Bryce decided to become an NFL QB for a change. He needs to show us he can play at that level against any other team than the Falcons. Post 3TDs and 350yards against the 49ers in a WIN and I’ll start buying some Bryce stock

Honestly, it was awesome to watch the win but even during the game it felt like a microcosm of this season. We come back to down 5 and then miss a 2 point conversion that takes some of the oomph out and then Young flubs 4 straight drives with stuff like spins into sacks or thinking he can run through a LB and we get 3 points on those 4 drives where it felt like we could break the game open. Defense played awesome in the second half but still gave up 2 FGs due to bad special teams and turnover on downs.

Then we get the drive to take the lead before the bad special teams and the D plays lights out in OT and we drive and win.

Also, what’s with not kicking on third down in case of a bad snap? Why would you ever run for a yard at most and risk a fumble just to give yourself 1 shot at a FG in case of a bad snap? We had plenty of timeouts and we gained almost nothing after Tremble’s catch.

Don’t bring up logical points!!! The Huddle is on manic mode right now! Logical discussion will return after they lose again next week

They didn't have 2 drives in the 3rd. They only had 1 because the other was a turnover before the offense took the field. Penix was injured in the second drive (last play).

Penis left the game with a booboo on his knee. He could have played but chose to sit on the sidelines.

Well regardless of that, he did only play 1 series in the second half.

D was good against Cousins though, knocked some balls loose too.

Also Drake was apparently hurt at some point towards the end of the first half and tried to keep playing but didn’t finish the game. The falcons other wr are all going to be working at quick trip next season.

Just like against the packers, the panthers sent a loud message to the rest of the league; no matter who you are, if you have enough injuries to key starters, we can wait until your defense gets tired and eke out a victory with a field goal.

So only Falcon injuries are valid excuse? You are thinking wayyy too much about Canales sex life.
