Barring a curveball out of nowhere there is nothing to be excited about going into next year from the offensive perspective. There's enough data out, there's no reason to believe we are just going to turn around unless there is a big chance somewhere on the offensive side of the ball.

I saw the list, agree Minshew would be on the list of possible guys as well as the rest of the list.  Mac Jones would probably be the highest possible target though that would require a trade.

All that said, heres a darkhorse that I wouldnt be surprised...Carson Wentz.  I know he looked rough his last time out, however he was clearly pretty dangerously injured and kept playing through it.  When he was healthy in Minnesota he looked pretty fricken good.  Last full season he started he threw for 3500, 27td, 7 INT.  He did start the next season for a washington team running a scheme that does not fit him.  I think the things that Canales is looking for his QB to do, that Wentz does well.  

Wentz however with his age would not be any kind of long term solution, a decent backup but more like actual competition would be needed to go into the season.

I’m also on the Jameis + Howell or Lance and draft a QB to sit at minimum a year. I’m looking at Sellers or the Cincinnati QB Sorsby.

I would also try to trade Bryce, he needs to be off the roster, would be a distraction if he stayed

If this is the case fug the Panthers next season, its a shame to waste another year of young talent on that pos QB. 

fug a contract, do what is best for the other 52 guys on the roster.

Under contract or not, he should be done. Give him a clipboard and let him walk the side line.

Levis and Zac are some decent low risk high reward options

Vets like jameis and Mitch I think would put us in playoff contention(draft a qb in 2nd or later) 

all good ideas but I don’t think this regime is interested in smart decision making when it comes to a football team
