I was ready for Ron to be gone by the end, but in a non HC role, that's a dude I'd want to be part of the organization. Hard nosed attitude for days.

I liked Ron a lot, but as a non head coach I think some of his issues wouldn't matter as much.

Having him as DC could certainly be interesting

Prefer a guy who's been an NFL head coach in the role I described, though I wouldn't be against having Shaw be part of the staff in some other capacity.
