I’m not sold on Dave, but I’m willing to give him a little bit of the benefit of a doubt. Bryce is not a legit NFL QB. His noodle arm cannot force defenses to respect anything deep, so they play up, snuffing out the run and the short check down passes.

Rico is the one that told Legette to lateral that ball to him way early in the year.  Everyone blamed Legette and he did it yes, but it wasn’t his idea.  

Anyhow, Rico.. knowing that leaves the door open to wonder what he was thinking there. 

He won’t be back anyway, we were lucky to get what we got from him.  And I appreciate his effort. Among the least of our problems.

This should be an indictment on Canales and Bryce. Neither deserve their jobs. Both are bad at it. But this stupid team will give Mr. Checkdown his 5th and the QB Whisperer another year coaching us.
