2026 Team Needs

1. Sign an affordable speed WR2. Someone who can consistently stretch the field.

2. Sign a free agent pass catching tight end. How much would Kyle Pitts cost? A good TE is a quarterback’s best friend and it seems that the top teams have a reliable TE. Dave Canales needs to make TE an important position in the offense.

3. Draft an inside linebacker in round 1.

4. Sign a veteran pass rusher, possibly draft one as well.

5. Draft a safety.

6. Cut Dalton and sign a decent backup quarterback. Keep Bryce Young on his toes all offseason. Light a fire under him.

1. QB. Sign a veteran - offer them a starters salary. Possibly select a developmental guy in the Draft if you like one that falls.

2. DE. If we're sticking with the 3-4 we need a DE that can get penetration. If we're switching to a 4-3, with Evero leaving, we need a DE to pair with Scourton and Umanmielen (probably your 1st round pick).

3. OLB. If we're sticking to the 3-4 we need an OLB (Edge) to rush the passer.

4. ILB. If we're sticking to the 3-4 we need an ILB to pair with Wallace. Whether that's the Draft or FA I don't know.

5. TE. Draft a TE to compete with Sanders, Evans, Mitchell and Tremble. Loser leaves town.

27 looks like it might be the year to draft one anyway.

Not "might be", BETTER DAMN WELL BE.  I can't relive this nightmare again where we miss the jackpot QB draft. The '27 draft is slated to be insanely loaded.  Bryce will be our QB next fall, but better not be the fall of '27.

I think you bring in competition wherever you can find it, but WR is the least of our worries right now.

TMac and Coker are pretty darn good. Horn looks pretty decent when they throw his way and even Tremayne hasn't let us down. Legette is probably on the way out, but I'd give him another year.

I’m not saying spend a top draft pick on it but you can often find a legit slot play for cheap pending the year.  We got 2 legit starters.  We got a decent project in Tremayne.  Outside of that Renfrow, Moore, XL all should be considered gone.  And Horn is just too small and gimmicky to be the 3 for me
