Curhan has done better than Corbett in my opinion. He’s a “good guy” so they would never bench him for Curhan. Only hope is that Hunt comes back and Corbett is back up C/G

Yea I thought Curhan did much better than Corbett in the run game. Weird how it’ll take another injury to get the best players on the field just like it did for Dowdle to showcase his talent

Corbett had one solid year then fell off. I thought it was because of the center position change...nah.

However, I do like him more than Zavala at the moment.

And Panthers Advice has quickly became one of my favorite youtube channels on anything Panther related.

I really like the young guy who hosts Panthers Advice

usually very good, little bit unpolished but he knows what he is looking at with film review

I don't even blame Corbett. With the injuries he's been through, it's a wonder the guy can even walk. FO should have done more to address depth given the injury history.

Corbett is only playing RG because 3 others ahead of him at that position had injuries. Im not sure how much more depth you can have.

As bad as Corbett's run blocking has been, I think his pass blocking has been even worse...

The weird thing is we know Corbett is probably our weakest lineman out there, yet we still constantly call inside run plays to the right

I would wear Icky and Lewis out running to their side.

One would think that should be the plan

the oline needs quality young blood, linemen who have not had repetitive injuries or surgeries

particularly with a little fella at qb

i watch the  time brock  purdy has in the pocket, it is unbelievable    I mean, even a few huddlers could complete a pass or two with that line

In this draft, as Andy Reid says, ‘when in doubt, draft linemen’  dline as well

Run game really died when BC went down, up to that point it was running on all cylinders.

Somewhat. Our run game thrived most when we played defenses that couldn't stop the run like Dallas and Miami.

I think our issues with running also is being impacted by play calling. Apparently we thought it was a good idea to run Non-Stop dives at one of the best run stopping DTs in Vita Vea... I also think teams saw what NO did and started running single high safety on early Downs because they know we are either going to run it or throw a short pass

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup.
