Evero Extended Through 2026

Hopefully he gets some HC looks. If he lands one, we get comp picks and he's out of Charlotte too. It's a win-win.

I sure hope we focus on getting our Linebacker situation straight.  Every get defense we have ever had has had a great LBing core.  From Sam Mills, Dan Morgan, Jon Beason and Clark Kent.  We have to have a QB of the defense and we need to find that guy.

This doesn’t feel like a Canales call.  Evero was forced on him to begin with 

seems to me Tepper is setting the table where if things don’t go well next year……he wipes it all clean

This could be interesting because he could interview for a HC job.  Since he was extended we would get compensation pick if he does get a gig.  I don't believe we would have gotten one had he not be under contract.

Has he been getting HC looks this year? Someone at the stadium said he was getting a ton of HC interviews but I hadn't heard of any.

I don't like this. But he's 1 of 3 issues with this team. There will be tremendous pressure on the staff to improve on this season. I don't have faith that they will. As a matter of fact I would say the odds are they all will be fired before the see another playoff appearance.
