Just a reminder that if all was right in the world and a group of adults could sit down and figure out a way to share billions of dollars we would be having a rookie mini camp this weekend. We would be getting our first look at our draft picks in panthers colors. We would get a first glimpse of how our new coaching staff plans and executes practices and at what tempo. Its been a loooong time since there has been so many new and exciting things... all for not.

Hope this brightened your day.

I am glad the owners are willing to risk a camp that the players rarely take seriously anyway and that most primadonnas skate through on a stationary bike or use to solidify their position to holdout on their million dollar contract.

More often than not good examples are not set for rookies at this camp anyway.

Rulings on expedited appeals typically come 30-45 days after, so it looks like we'll be into July before sides get legal ruling they want.

Looks like we'll be waiting until JULY to hear some sort of decision. That gives us a month for them to get things straightened out before we start missing preseason....

That is for the complete ruling on the case. The Stay is supposed to be ruled on this week.

    • One of the Carolina Panthers' newest defenders thinks their pass rush can go from worst to first. ESPN's David Newton recently chatted with outside linebacker Pat Jones II, who signed with the Panthers as a free agent earlier this offseason. Jones comes over from an awfully impressive Minnesota Vikings defense—one that ranked first in takeaways (33), fourth in sacks (49) and second in QB pressure rate (44.4 percent) this past season. And despite a historically-bad campaign by Carolina's defense in 2024, the 26-year-old seems to believe his new unit can be similar—or even better—than his last. "I definitely think we could do something similar, if not better," Jones said, via Newton. "I've seen it before, so I know what it looks like. I look around the building and see we have exactly what it takes to do that." https://pantherswire.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/panthers/2025/05/24/panthers-pat-jones-vikings-espn/83840667007/?taid=683219b347846900018fa10a&utm_campaign=trueanthem&utm_medium=trueanthem&utm_source=twitter     It's the offseason.  Let hope spring eternal. (actually, I think we are much closer than this board thinks)
    • 5 total TDs against the Falcons was pretty good efficiency and he showed that ability to go off scripts and get 2 of those TDs rushing.  How many times did he deliver big time throws against pressure.  I agree we need to see this offense operate at high efficiency which starts with Bryce. When he does I hope the goals posts won’t shift to some other stat like QB sneaks lol
