Oh make no mistake Blackburn absolutely should be the starter. He played a really good game and I think he brings a certain level of intensity and leadership that cannot be overlooked. I don't care who plays just the best man needs to play at every position.

However I just think that those saying Beason is done maybe should wait a little to see exactly what he has left in the tank.

He's a prototypical 4-3 mike, so probably not.

Beason is not what he used to be, and even if he was Luke is still better. 

 

He is also a liability everywhere but in the middle.

Sad end to 52..football ends abruptly. His eagarness to get back with an achillies injury..then tearing it was the end. One of my all time faves.

i honestly thought we traded him, didnt put him in to prevent injury.  Blackburn played very well from what I could tell.
