I see a lot of people saying they believe Gross will retire. Do you believe Gross will retire if we make playoffs but not go to Super Bowl? I wouldn't. Id come back for another year. Especially if Getts handles draft/FA well.

 

I think RR's fate impacts things for many players....young and old.   Some will be cut and some will on their own make choices

Even if you draft OT you can move Gross to RT and improve that side of the OL.

I think that is a very likely scenario. Though it would admit you're moving on from Bell. Which I wouldn't lose any sleep over.

absolutely zero sleep over haha

 

I think at the end of next offseason, our offense is going to look a lot different.  

 

We did the 2-year build under Fox.  He even said it himself in that NFL films 2003 Panthers video something along the lines of 'We did the defense last year and this year we did the offense, a whole new line'

 

I think outside of Newton, Olsen, Gross, and Kalil, we will look very different.

Big fan of us going after Mike Evans in the 1st. He is a big physical receiver who could really help Cam's development by giving him a consistent outside target.

 

 

I would be extremely happy if we got Mike Evans.   Extremely!!!

      Just like WR, you thin ignite and then suffer an injury and you are scrambling.  Any RB could have run through some of those those holes though and maybe you don’t get the same xtra yards but you are getting yardage.  It is the pass catching they will miss the most.

      Without Sanders, they are stil catching balls. Sanders is about a giveaway to it will be a pass play.   Also, hoping we see the competition at RB keep both guys on their toes.

      I was talking about pre season hype vs now.  They were talking about him being the best route runner on the team and being unguardable.  Putting people in the blender.  He has had 1 catch the last two games, and before that it was 2 per game. I like Renfrow, but it seems him and Bryce are not on the same page.
