How do you figure? If they are having problems with jim why not trade him to the browns get picks and remove the headache. It's literally a win win for the niners

 

There mere rumor that this happened has to be creating a tense environment amongst the 49ers management.  I actually believe the story that there is a rift between the GM and Harbaugh and the GM tried to get some value for Harbaugh while he still could.  The Browns are standing firm saying it did happen so in all likelihood the 49ers wanted to keep it quiet to avoid any media controversy.  Trading your coach is a one-way ticket to being a dumpster-fire (see: Oakland).  They probably recognized that and kept Harbaugh but that doesn't mean there isn't any dysfunction in the organization.

Basically they are tired of Jim Harbaugh's poo.  Brandon Jacobs feelings that Harbaugh is a bitch was obviously an opinion shared by more than a few, including some VIPs in the FO.

Ah man, could you imagine how perfect that would be? They'll pay Krapernick way more money than he's worth, thus hitching the team's wagon to him for the next 3-5 years. Jim will probably be gone before then, and a new HC with a new coaching staff will come in and a new offensive scheme. The new OC will realize that Krapernick is a one read and go QB and effectively either bench him (like RG Knee) and probably lose many games in the process.
