Lol. Figured as much. I always wondered about the fathers/brothers of abused women.....any man who puts hands on a female relative of mine will have signed his death warrant. That's what I'm wondering, it would seem as though there's enough evidence for a favorable verdict without her cooperation. I thought states had the freedom to prosecute criminal cases regardless of the parties interest.
