Should they move Barner to receiver?

Not sure if this has already been discussed, but should the staff consider moving Barner to receiver, specifically slot.  He's got the speed and size, but I'm not sure how well he catches.  Good move or not?

No, just use him in more of a Sproles mode where you can more easily dictate the match ups.

Wow, this place has gone downhill fast. Hey, while we're at it, let's move Norman to WR. He's obviously not good enough to play CB, and we know he can catch since he had all those picks in the preseason. LoL

It's not that stupid of a question. Hell, we moved a DT to the offensive line. That's a bigger change than RB to WR.

No reason you can't line up a "scat back" in the slot occasionally as far as I know. But I don't think you try to turn him into a WR

he does not create a mismatch when out wide.  i can see it now...as he stretches his arms out, he snags the ball over the middle of the field........then he gets crushed by a hard hitter safety and is out for the year.
