Yea, Lewis handled that terribly. That will be used against him when Burfict is suspended. He should responded "we will review the tape and decide for ourselves if anything out of line happened."

Or just pawn it off on the league and say "they will look at it and let us know"

Laughing at it is bad form

That's the worst thing he could have done is laugh. Just makes it look like he is condoning that behavior. He act like it's a joke. Intentionally trying to hurt other players AFTER THE PLAY, knowing Cam and Olsen had prior ankle injuries is not a laughing matter.

This is a great sign that the media is starting to pay attention to us. We're becoming relevant, and the fact the media is picking up on this story because of that. We're on an upward trend, and hopefully this can keep going.

Lewis the one that coaching his players to try and snap ankles after each play..    it's why he's trying to pass it off as no big deal.......and making jokes.

 

 

If Lewis is making light of this,tthen he's as big a douchebag as Burfict. I say suspend Burfict and fine Lewis for his lack of concern on a serious matter.

      D Carr must have really disliked the saints to wait and do this announcement after the draft has passed if he made this call a few weeks before the draft sure they would have approached it and the offseason differently.  oh well will be interesting to see how their qbs perform.  would love to see them roll with Thill and just make the whole offense towards his skillset.  Although sadly would be only playing in about half the games with how often he gets injured.

      I have to say it's quite fascinating seeing you pivot from months and months of wailing and agonizing about threads derailing into Bryce Young slingfests only for you to turn around and do the same thing. And just for the record. Nobody in life ever attained wisdom and clarity from mistakes by having people blindly fawn over them and tell them they are above reproach and incapable of making mistakes. Our front office is just as human as we are. And based on the fact that front offices across the league outside of a handful of teams change on a fairly regular basis it's safe to say they are certainly no more infallible than the average Joe even though they possess significantly more knowledge usually. If you want a utopia where all you do is shine shoes for anyone associated with the Panthers you go right on ahead and create yourself a new community sir. More power to you.
