To be fair those were scoring plays. Refs only have two eyes and really have a priority list of what to have there eyes glued to

They do still throw flags on scoring plays though. And it just doesn't happen on scoring plays. Cam took at least one nasty hit in the beginning of the Pittsburgh game that I believe changed the dynamic of the entire game.
