Absolutely.  Kubiak or whatever offensive minded HC (prior HC experience a must) and Rex as our DC.  Would certainly put us back on the right track.

I don't think the Panthers D has enough to attract Ryan.  The LB's are not versatile enough for his schemes.  The DL in Carolina would fit in some ways but he would want some better ends.  Not sure he'd like Ealy.  The DB's can't hold their own enough to make his system work.

 

The hybrid schemes he would use could make up for it, but there is not much to work with yet for Ryan to succeed in Carolina.  He needs a different set of tools on D then the average team has.
