Viking game predictions...new beginning or the misery continues?

I think we win because there's not an offensive player for Minnesota that scares me really. I think Luke and Davis can keep everything bottled up.

I think Cam rolls. Runs and passes all over the place.

Oh and I'm still hungover from Turkey day...

Patterson even if it's just kr/pr. And Asiata or however you spell it is pretty good.

But Patterson could ruin this game for us with special teams play. He is just that explosive

21-13 Vikings

Vikings defense is pretty underrated and tough and we get a garbage TD at the end.

Will be about 7-3 at halftime, but some second half turnovers make the defense say fug it and Vikes pull away. Shula gonna Shula, does Shula poo and still doesn't know how to coordinate an offense.

Ron still gives his Weekend and Bernie's impression on the sideline, and gives clueless answers to the press afterwards.

Several huddlers then scramble to write up about how we're still winning out and running the table, while immediately losing their poo when someone suggests that maybe we just aren't a good team. "Fan levels" are challenged and it becomes a contest to see who gave JR the most money these past 20 years.

So, pretty much a repeat of what we've seen pretty much every week since after the Lions game.

    • Nobody played well on defense last night. But, the vitriol towards Chatfield (and to a lesser extent, K'andre) is bigly misplaced. People (not just you) just refuse to accept how bad Slavin has been this season. And, I get it. Canes fans (and informed analysts) have spent nearly a decade trying to explain to casuals just how good Jaccccob is at hockey. 4Nations happened and the hockey watching public started to listen. National media even started floating the idea of creating a new award in his honor. Then this season, he gets hurt. It happens. NBD. But, when he finally came back, it wasn't the same. He'll get back to his old self in no time. Probably just some rust, it'll be fine. Only, it wasnt rust, and he's not fine. He's bad right now. It wasnt just last night. Although, that was absolutely the worst game of his NHL career. Slavin (-4) currently has the 3rd worst +/- of anyone left in the playoffs. We've  been begging the world to recognize Jaccob Slavin's greatness. And, by the time we finally got people to listen, he shits the bed! I blame Kash!
    • According to Scott Fowler, in an article about former Panthers announcer applying for a job with the Ravens... what that job pays, incidentally, when the Ravens posted it publicly they said the salary would be $4,000 to $5,000 per game. An NFL season consists of 20-24 games, including the preseason and potential playoff games, so it will end up somewhere between $80,000 and $120,000 a year. The person hired will be an independent contractor, which is commonplace in the NFL these days for team broadcasters, and also have other radio and TV hosting assignments.  https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/nfl/carolina-panthers/article315839800.html
    • That’s a good find. We will see. Who is still here from when he was?
