Panthers not interested in Duron Carter....

Yes that dinner they scheduled with him clearly suggests this.

Just like we spontaneously "lost interest" in Nicks last offseason.

I don't think he's worth all that much to be frank but let at least be honest. Hopefully he goes to Cleveland and rots.

Well, it was a fun love affair while it lasted....

Duron Carter is probably done taking visits. His agent is talking with the Vikings, Colts and Browns, he said.

If Carolina was interested, they would be listed there as well.

It been widely posted that your predictions are highly unreliable so my candlelight vigil remains in full effect.

Someone yesterday with apparent knowledge said panthers offer expected soon. Colts and vikings already gave offers.

Probably more accurate to day we're "less interested".

The Panthers reportedly did make an offer, though since they're no longer in consideration it's pretty easy to figure that offer was lower than what others were giving.

Either way, I don't see it as a big deal.

    • It's not sustainable,  although he deserve credit for the win also, as he made clutch plays as he does with every win we have.
    • As much as I would love to sit here and bash on Young.  I can't.   He is absolutely a part of this team winning.  He is the cool hand leading the offense along with the hammer, Rico.  He's making plays on 3rd and 4th downs, that are absolutely helping thus team win.  Is Bryce playing as well as we'd like? Nope. Although he had only 1 week off from a high ankle sprain.   No question he was 100% in the Greenbay game.  I'm not even sure where the team would find a clear upgrade over Byrce.  He is a leader.  In the 4th quarter, he has ice in his veins.  He is a part of why our team is enjoyable to watch again.  Without him, we wouldn't be winning.    Anyways.  Y'all enjoy yet another thread designed to tear down the man.
    • Great article on all the Lil Canes attending their debutantes ball. Walt with a great breakdown of all the rookies, as always, and I'm a huge fan of his team coverage, he is truly a treasure, but as a fan of mixed metaphors and superfluous language which some might ignorantly refer to as a "run-on sentence" I never really understood what that mean or where to put the comma after a quote in the middle of a sentence, but holy poo Walt, this is a gem, "While there's a long road left in front of them left to determine whether or not they'll have that same success on the blue line again, the beginning stretch of the journey has been thrown a wrench, and the story on defense has been the emergence of up-and-comers forced into becoming lineup regulars." , bravo, take a bow, sir!
