Small sample size though...some people keep it some people don't.

 

I bet Reggie Bush, Vick, and Chris Johnson wouldn't run 4.79's. Now that doesn't make any of those any good just means they are fast. Also I agree the game isn't played in shorts and they train for that as well.

 

I'd like to see them run from the WR stance and clock it that way...and for RBs could use the RB coming from the back field and time them from there. Or something similar.

This reminds me of a common pitfall here.

A load of the threads we get with people screaming "sign this guy" happen because folks remember the player they used to be.

Some guys are only legitimately good enough to play in the NFL for a year or two. The wear on their bodies just takes too much toll.

You should never assume that just because some guys are capable of lasting ten years or more in the NFL that everyone who makes it to the League can last that long.
