I'd say 35%. Hear me out: If the filling of your pie is terrible, not even the most miraculous crust is going to save that pie. Thus the filling has to be more than 50%. However, the delivery system, the buttery savory flavor, and the integrity all go to the crust. That's more than a quarter's worth of importance.
