There is no way Peat isn't a consideration at 25 if still available, which looks extremely unlikely at this juncture.

Peat is one of the most polarizing and hard to project players in the draft. You watch some games, and you think he's a Top 20 pick easy. Then you watch others and he looks like a 2nd-3rd Rounder (for example, the Utah game where 2nd/3rd Round DE prospect Nate Orchard whipped up on him good)

I have to think that the reason is Voth or the Panthers think he will be long gone by the time the 25th pick comes around. He has been getting a bunch of top 10 momentum recently.

So has Flowers, and he's another one with big question marks. Only reason you see Peat and Flowers getting Top 10 momentum by anyone is beacuse they think those top 10 teams with a big need at RT (Giants, Rams) will reach on a solid RT prospect like Flowers or Peat, although nobody grades them that high

I personally don't think Peat is a first round guy, based on watching breakdowns myself. I almost hope he is the pick though because that's mean the professionals saw something I didn't and Peat has insane measurables and a great football body.

Kinda misleading for Voth to say Peat is "not in play" because he's expected to be gone by 25, and list him with a bunch of players who are "not in play" because we're not interested in them.

I'm actually not on the Voth bandwagon as of late. He has been very spotty.
