Nice move in a weak draft. We have plenty of 5th rounders to play the odds with

I would've thought strong would come off the board before funchess did.

We apparently just don't see football the same. We still have the slowest receiving corps in the NFL. I just don't get it.

If Hill can prove himself then we would have three WRs that are 6'4+ and a good TE. I hope Hill can prove himself, chances are slim but possible.

That trade was steep. But, Funchess could be huge (no pun intended) for our offense.

 

How? all we gave up was a 3rd and 6th. We still our 2nd, a 4th, couple of 5ths, and a 7th IIRC.

Wonder if we thought the Falcons also liked him? Gave up a ton to move 1 pick ahead of them.

Would've preferred Strong but Funchess would be my second choice.

Love this for Cam.  And considering DG, trading this far up must mean there's a lot to like about this kid beyond his crazy measurables.
