Brady suspended 4 games, pats lose 1st rounder in 2016 and 4th in 2017

Guys. You can't lie to Roger Goodell when he asks you about something or he will take you to the fuging cleaners. That's all there is to say about it.

Deflating balls and all that silliness is negligible. Roger has shown if you aren't forthcoming with him, you be fuged.

I dont see why this is so difficult for people to come to grips with. You have people even in his board squealing "oh me gee it's just a little bit of air! (As if a little bit of cheating is no biggie lol)

They are repeat offenders coming off of what was widely considered a very moderate punishment the first time and have now tried to institute a cover up of this offense. I think the punishment is fair-but if it isn't that-then it isn't harsh enough. Brady's legacy is in cinders.

"but but it's no biggie! It's just a little air! He's such a cool guy!"

wtf is a 4th in 2017 and a $1 million fine gonna do, might as well left it at just the 1st round pick. thats like getting a paddling and then no tv privaledges for an hour

Well, if that hour is during Game of Thrones & you're a fan...

None of it matters.  He keeps his rings.  Patriots trade their 1st round picks away all the time anyway.  And Kraft won't miss $1M...hell he made that interest this week.  They'll go 2-2 at worst.  None of it really matters.

No but we where cheated out of a super bowl win because of spygate its not about his looks think above your belt for a second

Kind of hard to call foul on that when you consider how many Panther players were roided up for that game and season. Unless you stick your head in the sand of course.

Filming the opposing team was actually legal during our Super Bowl season, so it's hard to call it cheating. It only became illegal in 2007, when they were caught continuing.

It's actually still legal to this day, only filming from the sidelines was made illegal. You can film from the stands or across the street (which is how they filmed our SB practices).

4 fuging games? You gotta be kidding me. Should've been more than the 10 Hardy got. He'll fuging appeal and get it down to 2 (or in other words, nothing). And Belichick gets off free? I thought ignorance was no excuse Goodell you fuging loser. Both should've been suspended the entire year in addition to losing their 1st next year. What a joke.

Well what's worse domestic abuse or cheating in a game?

From a league discipline standpoint? Cheating by far. Let the law deal with off the field issues. And Hardy didn't actually do anything so that's not a valid question when comparing Hardy and Brady.

    • OK, we are letting our top RB go.  We have Chuba, Etienne, and Brooks.  Imagine a player who could LEGITIMATELY play the slot and back up at RB?  I am sure he'd be a special team player as well.  I noticed him at the combine, and thought, "Here is a late rounder who could stand out as a slot and provide depth at RB. Without further ado....(I know one Huddler who might be able to tell us more about this guy): Navy running back/wide receiver Eli Heidenreich headlined the 2026 NFL Combine for the Midshipmen, running an official 4.44-second 40-yard dash and recording 16 reps on the bench press. Recognized as a versatile, "Swiss army knife" offensive weapon, Heidenreich solidified his draft stock as a potential day three target.    Eli Heidenreich (RB/WR - Navy) 2026 Combine Performance: 6'0" 200 lbs.   40-Yard Dash: 4.44 seconds. 10-Yard Split: 1.55 seconds. Vertical Jump: 35.5 inches. Broad Jump: 10' 0". Bench Press: 16 Reps. Highlights: Showcased as a premier receiving threat from the backfield, having left Navy as the program's all-time leader in receiving yards (1,994). High character.  Smart.  Maybe, just maybe....
    • These refs are horrible.  They definitely got money on this game lol.
    • I don’t think the concept is bad thinking. That money this year is a ball buster, for getting nothing out of it.    gives him a little future location security and maybe hope that if he can get back we’ll pay him, with a renegotiation. Could give us some relief this year. That is kind of creative.
