Official Panthers - Dolphins GameDay Thread

I'm in the small minority that want both shula and mcdermott gone. McDermott is a good coach unlike Shula but to me his scheme sucks and will get exposed continuously in the playoffs. A lot of people passing this defense as Ron defense, this is not Ron defense. He needs to take over the defense and actually find a OC like he did with Chud who's goal is to put up points and more points like offenses do in 2015. That's my opinion.

Man the Defense has been great with McDermontt!! The D gets better and better each year..it takes time and we are ripe to be the best D in the league!!.. The offense I am not so sure yet.. I think Cam's accuracy limits the play calling... The offense did better with Derek in my opinon whether it was dealing with a lighter defense I am not sure..it seemed they gelled and he was able to hit the smaller receivers and get a good rhythm going where Cam is so sporadic its hard to get anything going!! So I am not sure its Shula.. as I do go what the hell was that play call for in regular season.. One last season for Shula I say!!

was watching old games from 2012 and 2011 with chud are offense was so different and so much better . shula is killing cam

That was an offense with an OC who trusted his QB to make plays.

We now have an offense with an OC who thinks that giving his QB the opportunity to make a play is too big of a risk to take because (*gasp*) there might be a turnover.

DIFFERENCE.

    • I was playing around with the ESPN playoff predictor and it shows if 49ers and Rams finish with same record, the Rams hold the tiebreaker.
    • This is my thinking as well. Seattle played as good as they could on defense and Panthers still had a chance until those back to back turnovers.  I don't think the Rams played particularly well in their game against us, alot things went our way in order to win.  Someone pointed out the Rams were bad on the east coast road games and Seattle has been the better road team but they just fought a hard contested game against the Panthers, and now they travel to San Fran this week for their biggest game of the season to determine the division and if they are the overall #1 seed in the NFC or will be traveling for the Wildcard weekend.  If they lose they then travel back cross the country to play a team they've just beaten two weeks ago, not saying they won't be favored against the Panthers but the energy of hosting our first playoff game in 10 years along with the get back effect of having just lost to this team could be huge.
    • I don’t know about shadowing and all that, but according to this, whatever we are doing is working
