Good morning Huddles.  Bit of an odd day with the game starting at 4pm but we must shove on.

Today I will be having homemade chicken noodle soup. The perfect meal for a cold Sunday!

What say you Huddle and remember pics are encouraged!

Living in Asia can be such a bummer sometimes (not really, and you all know why....hehe) , but the one drawback is that I have to watch all of you get excited and pumped cooking this, drinking that...organizing those tailgates knowing full well I have to get to bed and wont be able to actually watch the game until after work Monday (Sunday early AM local time)

So this week I decided to post something a bit early and get in on some of that local gameday excitement. This week I decided not to cook, and took a trip to Costco. Here we have what in Korea is known as a "bulgogi" bake (also known as a beef bake as I understand it back home) that I will top with sliced jalepenos and mayo.

The other is a standard Costco ham/cheese sandwich, which I will make into a badass by adding some sliced Canadian bacon, turkey, mayo/mustard.

The bowl is a homemade chili I made just last night. It looks a bit weird because I stored it in the fridge (need to change those setting now that summer is gone, because even the fridge is forming ice crystals in my chili)

That honkin slab of meat is 6lbs of pork shoulder I will be using to make homemade sausage with tomorrow evening while listening to pregame show and enjoying......

....some of those bottles of Rum! OK, I know this is poo rum, but come on, its 5 bucks a bottle here, and actually its not all that bad. I got word the company that makes it is stopping production soon...so I've been hording the stuff as its been keeping me drunk for the past few years,it has a Pirate known as Captain Q (which actually is a reference to a historical Korean pirate who's surname was "Kyu"..and well as you can tell by my screen name I'm a parrothead!

Just about to head to bed after a night shift. Thank the lord for a 415 kickoff. Will wake up at 330 with a Torpedo IPA in my hand for breakfast. 3-4 more IPA's during the game. Then a filipino post-win party afterwards (if you haven't had filipino food before you're missing out). Probably some lumpia, pancet, rice, pork, beef, chicken, etc... And a little more beer. Ah hell probably some tequila mixed in there too

If we win, I do believe I will go out at eat "galmaegisal". This is essentially some type port cut cooked over a fire ( a cheap cut based on its price....but its damn good. However the term "galmaegi" is also the Korean word for seagull. Years ago I actually thought and wonderered (even asked) if it was seagull and was corrected. Given this game....tomorrows dinner will be "galmaegisal" (seagull meat) if we pull this one out!!!
