If panthers are up by a touchdown and face a 4th and 1 on their own side of the field, I sure hope that going for it is not even being considered. And I believe that panthers are much better suited to gain that yard. That is simply stupid coaching, and even my wife who doesn't understand what a 1st down is thought it was stupid.
