Went on to kick ass and dominate his sport.  Hated by most and was often viewed in a negative light.  But the man had fun loved what he did and was arguably the best.

Seriously even if you don't like NASCAR (I don't either) but the man did dominate his sport.  Yes sport.

Had I been a NASCAR fan when Senior was racing, I probably would have cheered for him. Instead, I became a Stewart fan :/ needless to say, I've been alienated from the sport for the past few years. I honestly don't even know who won the Cup last season.
