Cam Newton Spotting...

You know its the offseason when I feel something like this is worthy of a post.

Spotted over at Springfield Elementary in Fort Mill. Assuming he's there to help out with some program with kids over there.

Just love how Cam always seems to love kids, and brighten their days. Even if every adult still hates his guts, there's very few kids out there that'd dare say they don't like him after interacting and seeing his personality.

Well that's all. Can't wait for training camp and more quality posts to come.

That's a nice car for Cam.

What is that?  A Mom-style Subaru?  :P

    • There probably isn’t an orthopedic surgery that has had more improvement in technique and outcomes over the last two decades than the acl repair. Because of its importance in pro sports and the sheer number that surgeons do there have been lots of opportunities to practice 1. Better techniques - arthroscopic v open surgery means people heal faster  2. More training - all sports med surgeons have tons of experience doing them 3. better imaging - later generations of mri are more sensitive  4. better therapy - PTs have gotten better at rehabbing them and the theories of rehab have improved a lot. No idea about brooks in particular tho, but I’d describe that overall situation as “not great”
    • If Freeling or either of the Utah OTs dropped to 19 I'd be more than happy honestly. Our OT situation isn't great with an aging Moton at RT and a mess of a situation at LT if Walker goes down at any point in time.  What I'm expecting the Panthers to do is probably draft another weapon like Sadiq or KC Conception. That's been their track record in drafting R1 thus far. None of the defensive talent projected to be around 19 stands out to me. Unless they just want to draft a LB early (Rodriguez,  CJ Allen, Anthony Hill, Jake Gollday).
