Ron Rivera is unhappy with effort... again

He really let the f bombs fly today, more so than last week. This time most of it was directed at the young guys.

I think Rivera is growing as a coach every season. I love the fact that he is humble enough to ask for advice from some of the great ones even after he has settled in and had some success. We're lucky to have him.

Take one of those third string players and show him the door.  I bet that will get their attention.

Rivera is the man.  Knows what it takes to put the hammer down when needed.

If he is not getting better we won't either. I'm glad to read this. We are definitely lucky to have him.

Complacency is one of our greatest obstacles. Nice to know Ron is aware that we must stamp it out.

this is to be expected...........if they were perfect we wouldn't need TC.

The next two weeks will be very important for these guys.......

Think RR is just letting them know that.

They sure aren't playing with house money. Lol

 

Anyway... I love to see this. We should have won the SB last year. Our whole team needs to be hungry. Hopefully Riverboat doesn't have to do this again though. This is as much on the vets and 1st stringers as the culprits themselves. The leader-players need to self-police the team.
