Why you don't pay a zone corner top corner money

Just put your best receiver on the other side of the field and spam the crap out of those plays.

To his Credit, Norman has played well when the ball goes his way. Problem is you don't need to throw the ball his way when the rest of the defense isn't that good. Why bother?

So congrats Norman, you're locking up your side of the field. No one else seems to be able to though. He might have a good year again, but I seriously doubt the Skins D does better than ours this year. We might have young inexperienced corners, but we still have Luke and TD.

He's actually right.

Why the hell would you pay a guy like the top corner in the league and then stick him in a scheme that allows opponents to just shift away from him?

If you're going to pay him like a shutdown corner, use him as a shutdown corner.

And if you don't believe it he's a shutdown corner, why the hell did you pay him like one?

Being able to completely remove an entire side of the field is probably one of the most valuable thing a player can bring. Most teams would take that over a dominant LT or a threatening DE.

I wouldn't go that far, if there is a dominant DE or LT in the draft I picking them over a CB everytime.

The money he's being paid, he should stick to #1's like glue.

    • You honestly think Tampa would have traded down with a division rival so their rival could land a “generational player” at a massive position of need for TB?   bruh
    • Ya'll better quit throwing shots at Zod. He'll come in here and ban everybody. I had a friend @prosource who was banned in 2015 because he said some very minor things about Zod being an ass to the posters on the main forum after starting the All-Pro one. He said he felt like another level is cool, but don't punch down on people that don't want All-Pro. (He did say that it wasn't going to last long anyways.🤔) I distinctly remember him calling and being like "dude, I got banned, my profile says I don't have access to the Huddle!") I feel like once Tepper came in and cut off all unofficial access to the team, Zod was going to be around less. The All-Pro board had really good photos, even in game stuff, and I remember seeing him behind a little fenced in area at Wofford for non team sanctioned press/photographers after Tepper bought the team. I knew then his ego wouldn't allow him to continue with past fervency and effort with that reduction in access. Dude was literally in the locker room when JR was owner.  I came over in 2011 immediately after finding out this place existed. I was super involved with the Charlotte forum, and fell off after its demise. I will never forget arguing Pep over Ryan Sims on that forum! Who is Ryan Sims some of you may ask? My answer is exactly!
    • And not see him running free. Because has been free a lot more than he gets credit for.    Now what XL does with that when he does see the ball, is on him.
