Although I wish we still had him because I think he would be deadly with Bryce's mobility, we had an idiot HC at the time who ran CMC to the ground and made our offense stale. Would not be surprised to see us bring him back one day for a SB push. -
The 4 INT game Manning had was against the leagues number one defense in points scored and turnovers forced. It had four defensive starters that were all pros that season and one other pro bowler. That’s a little different than the 2025 version that was decent (11th in points allowed) with one pro bowler. -
He DID want to play here. I don't know why that rumor persists. He even bought a big mansion. It wasn't until things went South, with the FO not being forthright that his attitude changed, and that was relatively last minute.
