Delaire designated to return

Might have missed this on here... haven't seen any of our reporters mention it, but some lesser Twitter sources were saying we were activating him. Checked the Panthers.com transactions page and there it is:

11/21/2016 : Returned to practice/designated for return DE Ryan Delaire

This isn't really a surprise, having been hinted at for weeks, but Addison's injury all but solidified that we would bring back Delaire. We now have three weeks to activate him.

i see no reason why he can't set the NFL record with 8.  He is rested
